Upon recently celebrating its 30th anniversary, Opium (released in the hippy, mind tripping days of 1977) is still the hedonistic, erotic, feminine substance we all know from Yves Saint Laurent. Most men love it, and although its a little too sexy for teens it appeals to all women of all ages. Yves Saint Laurent describes it as "A fruity and aromatic opening. A floral, voluptuous and spicy character." Very clever, because of course, all us women are like that; sweet, spicy and sexy! Although its a floral fragrance, (usually for the daytime) Opium can be used at any time, although personally i think its more of a "special" moments fragrance.
